Each session will explore one Chakra starting from the 1st all the way to the 12th and will include discussion on a Chakra, corresponding movement to embody and get to know the Chakra in your body, and a Sound Healing practice to build greater Chakra connection.
We will also explore Mudra, Mantra, and Affirmation practices that you can practice on your own. This is a great way to connect with the Chakras and continue to <em>build your relationship of self discovery!! </em>

Based on practices of Qigong Meditation.
Mindful Movement with Priyanka merges mindfulness, and movement, into an uplifting yoga practice. This is an authentic yoga practice straight from India blended with mindfulness (for which Priyanka is doing her 3rd certification on a scholarship with the MMTCP programme).
This style of yoga allows the energy/prana to flow freely throughout the body, and allows you to access a deeper level of awareness, self connection and experience a greater sense of clarity and peace.
Focuses on balancing and restoring the energy within the body with the help of different asanas/poses.
As we flow through the practice, we practice in a traditional style incorporating ques to connect with the breath, and body.
I encourage you to whisper out loud affirmations, that are reaffirming of your essence,
contemplate some of the deeper meanings/reflections of yoga poses, thereby deepening and healing your sense of self gently, without being too intense.
You will reap the benefits within five days of continuous practice for a minimum of 30 mins a day.
Ensure that you cultivate healthy drinking and eating habits along with any meditation from my youtube channel and this will work as one of the best self care you can ever do for you self.

New to Restorative Yoga? This type of Yin Yoga (as opposed to Yang, the "flow" yoga we are more accostomed to giving us a workout) is all about slowing down, finding stillness, inviting quiet. In this, we can use props to find relaxation and passive stretching without strain. Restorative yoga is more of an emotional and mental workout, and less of a physical workout.

AUTUMN SESSIONS
(GENTLE YOGA & IREST® YOGA NIDRA)
There’s a change in the air; a coolness, trees swaying and leaves like colourful palettes. Everything in nature, busy again. As autumn signals a time of transition, might you take some time to nurture the body and mind.
Ease any stress or strain, and maintain energy, wellbeing, and perhaps a sense of wholeness.
By doing a combination of gentle Yoga movements, followed by iRest® Yoga Nidra Meditation, you may experience:

During this short 30-minute practice, you won’t have to talk, although you will have the opportunity to ask questions or give feedback at the beginning and end (10-minute discussion). You may want to have something to write with for any insights that may arise.
